Single Hop Talus Bright Pin
Continuing with our sporadic single hop cask series, here is Talus, a relatively modern American aromatic hop with vibrant grapefruit, citrus and cedar flavours. Not widely seen in the UK brewing scene, Talus is at the sappy end of the hop chain and we have created a lovely lightly straw coloured ale with a smooth and pleasing bitterness. Absolutely perfect for summer drinking.
