By popular demand, we have brewed a smooth Oatmeal Stout at a comfortable 4.2%. A single hop profile of heritage East Kent Goldings provides a smooth bitterness to complement the inventive bill of malts to produce an original cask stout. Traditional beer making at its best and what will continue in earnest as we extend the Brewery and enlarge the traditional open fermentation tanks. So that was “Over and Stout” for the current vessels.
