A new one from The Flower Pots Brewery– very new! Light, crisp and clear with subtle lemon flavours from the saaz hops. Very drinkable. Using extra pale English malt and our traditional top-fermenting yeast methodology, this is our interpretation of an attenuated Cologne style ale, conditioned at a cold temperature similar to a lager. Pure Kolsch is brewed within 31 miles of Kolner Dom, otherwise known as Cologne Cathedral, the tallest twin-spired church in the world.
