An exciting fresh hop forward pale ale, Foundation is full of Idaho 7 and Motueka hops. The Idaho originates from Jackson Hop Farm of the same state and the Motueka from New Zealand. Both hops are citrus led, with a complex and powerful aroma profile of apricot, pineapple and pine cones. Beautifully balanced bitter wise with an abv of 3.4%, Foundation is an easy drinking early year beer, setting a firm “foundation” for an exciting year at the Brewery.
